CHARITABLE ACTS PROGRAM
The AJM Foundation charitable acts program is designed to assist deserving families that find themselves facing times of hardships and crisis by coordinating, and overseeing construction needs and cost brought on by unforeseen medical or life changing events.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR CHARITABLE ACTS

Applicants can only apply for assistance one time only.

Applicants must live in Iron County or the surrounding area.

Applicants will be reviewed once per month.

Applicants accepted is dependent on need and accessible funding.

An email or phone number is required for the applicant to be approved.

As per the AJM Foundation policy no cash or gift cards can be given to individuals.

Individuals may also summit an application on behalf of a family/person in need
