CHARITABLE ACTS GUIDELINES

  • Applicants can only apply for assistance one time ONLY. 

  • Application must live in Iron County or the surrounding area. 

  • Applications will be reviewed once per month.

  • Application acceptance is dependent on need and accessible funding.

  • An email or phone number is required for the application to be approved.

  • As per the AJM Foundation policy no cash or gift cards can be given to individuals.

  • Individuals may also summit an application of behalf of a family/peron â€‹â€‹â€‹
